The IICRC-approved Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) course concentrates on technical procedures for successfully completing the restoration of a fire and smoke damaged environment. Students will learn how to combine technical procedures with a practical approach to managing the job site and how that relates to pricing the job. This amazing course is taught by a qualified instructor who deals with fire and smoke situations on a weekly basis and will allow the participant to obtain IICRC FSRT certification at the end of the course.
The Coach8 FSRT course can be conducted face-to-face or online. The face-to-face course is held over a 2-day period encompassing 14 hours, not including meal breaks and exam periods. The livestream course is conducted for 4 hours per day over a 3-day period.
Earn 2 IICRC Continuing Education Credits (CECs) for attending this course.
Lunches and snacks are provided by Coach8, except when the FSRT course is conducted online.
To receive your certification you must pass an IICRC examination. If you complete the exam as part of the face-to-face course, there will be a test fee of $70.00, payable directly to the IICRC, on the final day of the course prior to receiving your certificate. If you intend to complete the exam as part of the livestream course, you must complete a separate exam registration process that is described on our Livestream Courses page.
