Livestream Coach8 Courses and Online IICRC Examinations

Livestreaming of IICRC-certified courses is now available, and Coach8 has jumped at the opportunity! Coach8 is combining live lectures with live demonstrations of techniques for remediation and specialised cleaning of properties damaged by water and fire, as well as trauma and crime scenes. Obtain your WRT, FSRT and TCST certification online via Zoom video-conference. Livestream classes are typically scheduled from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on week days. Participating in a livestream Coach8 course and completing an online IICRC examination requires some extra preparation. Please take note of the important information and requirements on this page.

Computer and Internet Requirements

To participate in a livestream Coach8 course and complete an online IICRC examination, you will need access to a computer with following specifications:

  • video and audio capabilities;
  • a reliable Internet connection (tethering and hot spots are not supported);
  • an operating system that is either Windows 7, 8 or 10 or macOS 10.11 (El Capitan) or later;
  • a web browser that is either Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge; and
  • a web camera.

Livestream Course Registration

Livestream Coach8 courses can be booked and paid for through the Schedule page on this website. Please check our site regularly for new updated training dates. Alternatively, contact us to find out more about IICRC training arrangements that will suit you.

All registrations for livestream courses are final. Payment must be made at the time of registration and no refunds will be issued for livestream courses once a registration is completed.

Coach8 is not responsible for ensuring your Internet connectivity or for any connectivity problems that prevent you from accessing a livestream course. No refunds will be issued for any reason including connectivity problems. You can test your system capabilities in advance by visiting zoom.us/test.

Review and confirmation of the requirements on this page, including all system requirements, is the responsibility of the student registering for the livestream course.

We ask that you sign into your livestream course at least 30 minutes prior to the starting time to ensure your technology is working and to be present for attendance and policy review.

Online Exam Registration

To receive your certification you must pass an IICRC examination. To take the IICRC exam for an livestream Coach8 course, you must complete an exam registration process in addition to the course registration process. You will not be able to take the IICRC exam, if the exam registration process is not completed prior to the start of the course. Please use the link below to complete the exam registration form and to pay for your exam.

Please note the following important points when completing the exam registration form.

  • You must use a unique email address for the exam registration form.
  • You cannot register more than one person per email address.
  • Please use the course date, course category and instructor name supplied by Coach8 in your exam registration form to ensure an accurate exam setup.
  • The registration process will ask you to upload photo identification for facial recognition during the exam.

Once the exam registration is complete and payment made has been made, you will receive your log-in details for your online exam profile with Proctor Free, an online proctoring service.

The IICRC will send you a payment confirmation email. Please send a copy of that confirmation email to Coach8 to receive the link to the course and all other necessary online resources. Confirmations should be sent to educate@coach8.com.au.

You can take the exam upon completion of the last day of the course.
