This hands-on Structural Drying and Mould Assessment Course from the Australian Cleaning and Restoration Academy (ACRA) is designed to teach restoration personnel how to dry structures simulating real-life flood scenarios. Jeremy Stamkos CIEC from Eronmor and Garry Carroll from ACRA will teach you how to dry an entire 3-bedroom Applied Structural Drying House using Drymatic equipment.
Here is a breakdown of what this unique, hands-on course covers:
- Day 1: extraction; flood house inspection and moisture detection; equipment setup including dehumidifiers; removing the easy water
- Day 2: flood house inspection and moisture detection; change equipment setup including dehumidifiers and Drymatic; removing the bound water
- Day 3: flood house inspection and moisture detection; review equipment setup
- Day 4: mould assessment and sampling training; flood house inspection; moisture detection; review equipment setup
Lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea are included. Please advise if you have any special dietary requirements when booking.
