Course: Infrared Thermography Level 1
Dates: 27 to 31 May 2019
Duration: 5 days
Venue: Harrup Park Country Club, 89 Juliet Street, Mackay QLD 4740
The Infrared Thermography Level 1 course is presented by Advanced Infrared Resources Australia, and is recognised by the Australian Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (AINDT). This course follows the recommended training requirements of ISO 18436-7 for Category I Thermal/Infrared Certification.
A good mixture of audio, visual, and kinetic material is presented during the course and the hands-on workshops ensure that the students leave with confidence in their ability to operate their IR equipment. Upon completion of the course the student should have mastered the skills necessary to not only operate their infrared system but to perform various inspections and report on their findings.
A certificate as an Infrared Thermography Practitioner will be awarded on completing the course and passing the examination, while full certification will be granted to students who successfully complete the written requirements.
This course aligns with the AINDT requirements and an application can also be made to the AINDT for certification at an extra cost. Note: Jeff Erichsen is an approved examination facilitator by the AINDT, and AINDT examinations are available immediately following the course exam at an additional cost that is determined by the AINDT. No additional costs are charged by Advanced Infrared Resources Australia for this service.
Class size is limited to give maximum interaction between instructor and students.
