• The IICRC-approved Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) course is designed to teach restoration personnel who perform remediation work to give them a better concept of the effects of water damage and techniques for the drying of structures. This course will give residential and commercial maintenance personnel the background to understand procedures for dealing with water losses, sewer backflows, and contamination such as mould. This course will enable the participant to obtain IICRC-WRT certification.
  • The IICRC-approved Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST) course provides training in the proper maintenance and cleaning of trauma and crime scenes. Emphasis is placed on the following topics: health and safety requirements, including the donning and doffing of personal protective equipment and creating a hazard assessment of the area; structural remediation; contents remediation; the cleaning and disposal of vehicles and industrial machinery, including lockout/tagout and working with industrial site officers. Cleaning techniques and equipment will be demonstrated, and laws regarding hazardous waste, transport, storage and disposal will be discussed. This course will enable the participant to obtain IICRC-TCST certification.
  • The Applied Microbial Remediation Technician course covers mould and sewage remediation techniques to individuals engaged in property management, property restoration, IEQ investigations or other related professions. Emphasis will be placed on teaching mould remediation techniques to individuals who will perform these procedures in the field with the correct use and setup of containments. Course graduates will be adequately equipped to perform remediation services, while protecting the health and safety of workers and occupants. This fantastic course is taught by a qualified instructor who deals with mould, containment and mould investigation and will allow the participant to obtain IICRC AMRT at the end of the course. IICRC WRT is a prerequisite for this course.
