Upholstery Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT) Course
The IICRC-approved Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT) course covers upholstery fibre categories, fibre identification and testing, manufacturing of fibre and fabric, chemistry of cleaning, upholstery cleaning methods, protections, spotting and potential problems. Students in this course will gain a specific knowledge about fabric and fibre content, as well as furniture construction. This enables students to identify limitations and potential cleaning-related problems on a given piece of upholstery. This course will enable the participant to obtain IICRC-UFT certification.
The Coach8 UFT class is held over a 3-day period.
Earn 2 IICRC Continuing Education Credits (CECs) for attending this course.
Lunches and snacks are provided by Coach8.
To receive your certification you must pass an IICRC examination. If you intend to complete the exam, there is a test fee of $70.00 payable directly to the IICRC on the final day of the course prior to receiving your certificate. The exam is completed in the classroom after lunch on the final day of the course.
